My name is Joe Ybarra.  I am the owner/operator of Ybarra Consulting Services.  We are  committed to providing quality work at competitive prices.  I work mainly by referrals from satisfied customers.

I have an extensive background in the construction industry and am able to take your dreams and wishes and translate those into reality.  Anything from simple repairs to complicated remodels will be completed in a very timely manner.  I will guide you through the complicated process with as little disruption to your lifestyle as possible.

Upon receiving a referral, I meet with a potential customer for an initial consultation.  We will go over your wish list, possible time constraints, total budget constraints, etc.

References available upon request.

Insured with a General Liability Coverage Plan.

After the initial consultation, I will prepare a job quote detailing the costs and tasks to be performed.  If you decide that the quote meets your needs and decide to award the job to Ybarra Consulting Services, the consultation fee will be waived.  Ybarra Consulting Services charges an hourly labor rate or by the job.
